Employee interview
Bobby
Business Manager
“What makes the job extra fun is that our clients operate in completely different industries, want help with different things, and work towards completely different deadlines.”

What does a typical workday look like for you?
No two days are the same! As a salesperson, I don't always have complete control over my own calendar, but it is often governed by both the needs of the customers and the consultants I have assigned. Most days are about meetings with customers about how we can help them. What makes the job extra fun is that our customers operate in completely different industries, want help with different things, and work towards completely different deadlines.
What made you decide to join Omegapoint?
I heard about Omegapoint from an industry colleague and became curious when I saw an opportunity to further develop in my then role as a consultant. I started my journey at Omegapoint as a consultant, later getting the opportunity to try out the role of salesperson. Today I have a responsible role within the Omegapoint Stockholm sales department.
What’s the best part about your role?
The most fun part is meeting people and talking about how we can help customers at an early stage, while learning more about the industries our customers operate in. I also like finding assignments for our consultants, assignments that make them happy and give them the opportunity to develop within their expertise!
How would you describe the culture at Omegapoint?
It’s an open culture where everyone feels free to share their thoughts and is curious and eager to learn new things all the time.
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation - so that the travel time between meetings in different locations disappeared.
