Our recruitment process
We're glad you're interested in working with us! We want you to succeed and feel confident when you step into our recruitment process. Here's what the path to becoming an employee at Omegapoint looks like:
01 Application
You go to the application page for the position you are interested in and submit your application. We use competency-based recruitment where everyone is assessed based on the same criteria, relevant experience, skills and attributes.
02 Selection
Selection is ongoing. If your profile matches the role, we will contact you for an initial interview with the recruitment manager. Depending on the position, you may also meet with the recruiting manager. The process is tailored to the position. Usually a digital meeting via Teams or a physical meeting at our office.
03 Feedback
We do our best to keep you updated throughout the process. We can't always provide personal feedback, but you can always count on getting feedback.
04 Code test
If you pass the first interview, you will be asked to complete a task such as a code test or case study that you complete at home in peace and quiet.
05 After the test
The next step after the code test is that we invite you to our office for a second interview where you meet two of our consultants. You will discuss your solution and go through the task together, among other things.
06 Background check and references
Both background checks and reference checks are part of the process, as we value employees with a strong sense of security and respect for confidentiality. We conduct reference checks where we would like to contact one or two references. The process is tailored to the position.
07 Offer and agreement
Great, now you have made it through the whole process! If you feel that Omegapoint is the right workplace for your future, you will receive an offer of employment. We will send you an employment contract. We will go through the contract together and answer your questions so that you feel secure.
08 Onboarding
During the time between signing and your first day with us, you will hear from us! You will be part of our pre- and onboarding process, for example, we will invite you to our skills days and social activities such as summer parties or Christmas parties.

About Omegapoint
Omegapoint are leaders within cyber secure digitalization in Northern Europe. Omegapoint is rapidly growing and has more than 900 consultants in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, Västerås, Enköping, Uppsala and Umeå. The company was founded in 2001 and is partly employee owned.
