Omegapoint's Academy Professional Program is a trainee program aimed at recent graduates with an interest in IT security and problem solving, especially in cyber-secure digitalization. The program lasts 6 months with the goal of giving you experience and knowledge equivalent to three years in the industry. We have two admission periods, spring and autumn.

The program offers internal training in areas such as agile methods, secure application development and penetration testing. Participants also get to work on customer projects, often in teams with other trainees, under the supervision of experienced consultants. An Academy Week brings all trainees together for shared learning and of course to get to know each other and Omegapoint better!

After the end of the program, your development continues where you receive continued customer engagement with support from a mentor and an individual skills development plan.
