What does a typical workday look like for you?
No day is the same when you work in a well-oiled team that is constantly evolving. Problem solving, collaboration and learning new things happen every day. We have daily syncs, divide ourselves into mob programming groups and work a lot together. The day always ends with a good feeling which makes it easy to come to work every day.

What made you decide to join Omegapoint?
The people I knew who worked at Omegapoint were an incredibly lovely, smart and competent clique of driven people. It was the people that attracted me in the first place and after hearing more about the customers, the projects and the culture of competence, it felt natural.

What’s the best part about your role?
I love problem solving and brainstorming, as well as working closely with people in a team. I get a good mix of that every day.

How would you describe the culture at Omegapoint?
The culture at Omegapoint is truly a result of what we invest our time in. We have created a culture of knowledge-hungry, smart, fun and nice people who love what they do.

If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?
I would like to have a superpower of refilling. Empty glass of water? Refill. Empty wallet? Refill. Out of cake at the party? Refill.
