What does a typical workday look like for you?
There is no such thing, the common denominator is that there is always something going on. Jokes aside! To give an example, I help our customers with everything from establishing some type of methodology to implementing it to revising it. I follow the entire chain but in different roles depending on the customers' needs. In addition to that, I have internal commitments where I am, among other things, a mentor to some students. In summary, perhaps the common denominator is that there is always something going on.

What made you decide to join Omegapoint?
I joined Omegapoint through an acquisition a couple of years ago, and it felt exciting to join the journey and try out Omegapoint's culture. I've had the opportunity to try out so many different things, developed in my professional role, helped a number of different clients in different industries, developed my skills and those of others, and had a lot of fun along the way. So for those reasons, I'm staying.

What’s the best part about your role?
It's fun that there's always something new to learn. But the most fun is probably when I get a great project like that that's both challenging and fun and at the same time gives me the opportunity to be part of the customer's journey from start to finish.

How would you describe the culture at Omegapoint?
The culture at Omegapoint is inspiring. What characterizes Omegapoint is that you get the opportunity to try new things if you want! My colleagues often start new initiatives and there is always something exciting going on! In short, I would say - "If you have an idea - try it!"

If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?
I would like to clone myself because I like to do many different things in parallel.
